Match Prediction-JAPAN VS URUGUAY BETTING TIPS AND MATCH PREDICTION

Squad Comparison

Czech Republic

The top two will advance automatically, while the other three teams in the group, Moldova, Albania, and the Faroe Islands, have each made one finals appearance. On paper, this is the most difficult game they will face, and the Czechs’ recent form has been unusual to say the least.

They have lost five of their last six games, which will result in relegation from the UEFA Nations League in 2022, but they have only lost once in their last 13 home games. They failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in their previous qualifying campaign, but they were quarter-finalists at Euro 2020, with Patrik Schick scoring the tournament’s winning goal and a famous last-16 win over the Netherlands.

Czech Republic Playing XI

Pavlenka; Coufal, Holes, Brabec, Jemelka; Soucek, Kral, Barak; Cerny, Schick, Hlozek

Poland

The entertainment factor was called into question as Poland won their group on goal difference with four points despite scoring only twice, both against Saudi Arabia. Santos is known for taking a similar pragmatic approach, but his success at Euro 2016 and the 2018-19 Nations League suggests it works.

Poland has only lost one of their last seven away games, winning in Wales and drawing against the Dutch, but that defeat came at the hands of Belgium, who thrashed them 6-1. Poland lost their last competitive meeting against the Czechs in Wroclaw at their home Euros in 2012, with the Czechs winning 1-0, condemning Poland to a bottom-place finish in Group A.

Poland Playing XI

Szczesny; Cash, Kiwior, Bednarek, Frankowski; Kaminski, Zielinski, S Szymanski, Linetty, Zalewski; Lewandowski

Match Prediction for Czech Republic vs Poland

The Czech squad has undergone significant changes since their last match against Turkey in November. Manager Jaroslav Silhavy has left out 11 of the squad’s members, possibly looking for a fresh start, and has named six uncapped players this time around. As long as they can beat the other three weaker nations in their group, a draw would not be a bad result for either side.

Czech Republic 1-0 Poland, predicted by us.
